California High School Softball - Montgomery held off by Sweetwater

In Thursday's league test, the Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA) softball squad got by the visiting Montgomery Aztecs (San Diego, CA), by a tally of 3-2.

Next, the Red Devils clash with the Southwest SD Raiders (San Diego, CA) in a Metro Pacific test, on Thursday, May 8. Sweetwater will attempt to advance on its 16-2 season record.

The Aztecs (13-10) will now prepare for their test against Southwest SD (San Diego, CA). The Raiders go into the Metro Pacific test with a 9-7 record. In their last test, Southwest SD was nudged by San Ysidro (San Diego, CA), 18-17, in a league test.
