The Mira Costa Mustangs topped the host San Clemente Tritons volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Friday's non-league test.
The Mustangs now have a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saint Francis for a non-league test on Saturday, March 4. Mira Costa will confront a Lancers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 4-2.
The Tritons (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Capistrano Valley Christian (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 7-3 record. In their last test, Capistrano Valley Christian gained a win over Laguna Hills (Laguna Hills, CA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
