In Monday's non-league bout, the South Brunswick Cougars (Southport, NC) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots (Wilmington, NC), by a tally of 13-1.
Next up, the Cougars encounter the J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, March 6. South Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 2-1 season record. The Rampants enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 7-6 non-league loss to Wake Forest (Wake Forest, NC).
The Patriots (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Grace Christian (Sanford, NC). The Crusaders enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Grace Christian overcame Fayetteville Christian (Fayetteville, NC), 19-0, in a non-league bout.
