California High School Baseball - St. Augustine can't hold off Grossmont

The Grossmont Foothillers baseball team scored 2 runs and limited the host St. Augustine Saints to 1 in the Foothillers non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Foothillers (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Steele Canyon (Spring Valley, CA). The Cougars go into the Grossmont Hills match with a 7-6 record. In their last match, Steele Canyon was edged by Granite Hills (El Cajon, CA), 1-0, in a league match.

The Saints (9-1) will now prepare for their match against Madison (San Diego, CA). The Warhawks go into the Western match with a 7-4 record. In their last match, Madison tipped Canyon Hills (San Diego, CA), 17-5, in a non-league match.
