New Mexico High School Softball - Grants felled by St. Pius X

In Thursday's league outing, the visiting St. Pius X Sartans softball team scored a nice 19-2 win over the Grants Pirates.
Coming up next, the Sartans encounter the Valencia Jaguars (Los Lunas, NM) in a 4A District 5 outing, on Tuesday, April 4. St. Pius X will attempt to improve on its 9-6 season record.
The Pirates (1-11) will now prepare for their outing against Highland (Albuquerque, NM). The Hornets enter the 4A District 5 outing with a 0-17 record. In their last outing, Highland was routed by Belen (Belen, NM), 19-0, in a league outing.
