The Cranston East Thunderbolts volleyball team (Cranston, RI), was dropped 3-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the host La Salle Academy Rams (Providence, RI)

The Rams (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against East Greenwich (East Greenwich, RI). The Avengers enter the Division 1 (State) challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Thunderbolts meet the North Kingstown Skippers (North Kingstown, RI) in a Division 1 (State) challenge, on Wednesday, April 3. Cranston East will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Skippers enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Coventry (Coventry, RI).
