The Bernalillo Spartans got by the host Del Norte Knights baseball team by a count of 4-3 in Friday's league bout.
The Spartans now possess a 7-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kirtland Central for a non-league bout on Saturday, April 1. Bernalillo will face a Broncos team coming off a 21-1 non-league win over Navajo Prep (Farmington, NM). The Broncos record now stands at 4-7.
Next, the Knights face the Albuquerque Academy Chargers (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 6 bout, on Tuesday, April 4. Del Norte will attempt to move on its 2-14 season record. The Chargers enter the bout with a 9-7 record after their 13-9 non-league loss to Atrisco Heritage Academy (Albuquerque, NM).
