Queen City Bulldogs (Queen City, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Atlanta Rabbits (Atlanta, TX), 12-0 in a league challenge.

The Bulldogs now own a 19-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Celina for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 3. Queen City will battle a Bobcats squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Aubrey (Aubrey, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 11-3.

With the loss, Atlanta falls to 4-11 on the campaign. The Rabbits host Hooks (Hooks, TX) to battle the Hornets in a 3A Region II District 14 challenge on Tuesday, April 4. The Hornets enter the challenge with a record of 16-5. Hooks won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against Pewitt (Omaha, TX)
