Florida High School Softball - Bay topped by Vernon

Vernon Yellowjackets (Vernon, FL) supporters left the game pleased Tuesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Bay Tornadoes (Panama City, FL), 18-3 in a non-league game.

The Yellowjackets (7-5) will now prepare for their match against Mosley (Lynn Haven, FL). The Dolphins come into the non-league match with a 5-10 record. In their last match, Mosley was routed by Crestview (Crestview, FL), 11-1, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Tornadoes battle the Rutherford Rams (Panama City, FL) in a non-league match, on Thursday, April 2. Bay will attempt to better on its 0-8 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 0-7 record after their 16-0 non-league loss to Port St. Joe (Port St. Joe, FL).
