Spectators at Friday's non-league match between the Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL) and the visiting Arab Knights (Arab, AL), witnessed Pleasant Valley's softball squad prevail over Arab by a count of 21-3.

The Raiders now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Cedar Bluff for a non-league match on Saturday, March 5. Pleasant Valley will face a Tigers squad coming off a 20-2 non-league loss to Hartselle (Hartselle, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Arab moves to 3-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL) to face the Wildcats in a 6A Area 15 match on Thursday, March 10. The Wildcats go into the match with a record of 0-1.
