The South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC) baseball trounced the host Concord Spiders (Concord, NC), 15-2 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Raiders now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwest Cabarrus for a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Friday, March 7. South Rowan will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 11-0 non-league loss to Cox Mill (Concord, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 1-3.

With the defeat, Concord drops to 1-3 on the year. The Spiders travel to Lake Norman Charter (Huntersville, NC) to clash with the Knights in a South Piedmont 3A challenge on Friday, March 7. The Knights go into the challenge with a record of 3-0. Lake Norman Charter won 6-0 in their recent league challenge against Robinson (Concord, NC)
