North Carolina High School Baseball - East Gaston sneaks past Highland Tech

March 4, 2025: Mt. Holly, NC 28120

The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) and the visiting Highland Tech Rams (Gastonia, NC), saw East Gaston's baseball team get by Highland Tech by a margin of 8-7.

The Warriors (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against South Point (Belmont, NC). The Red Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, South Point was tipped by North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC), 7-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Rams face the East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC) in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A battle, on Friday, March 7. Highland Tech will attempt to improve on its 2-2 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 2-2 record after their 8-7 league win over Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC).
