The Grimsley Whirlies triumphed over the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys lacrosse team by a tally of 10-3 in Tuesday's league match.
Next up, the Whirlies confront the Reagan Raiders (Pfafftown, NC) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, March 5. Grimsley will attempt to improve on its 3-1 season record. The Raiders enter the match with a 0-2 record after their 11-8 non-league loss to Northern Guilford (Greensboro, NC).
The Cowboys (0-3) will now prepare for their match against Glenn (Kernersville, NC). The Bobcats enter the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Glenn got by Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 18-2, in a non-league match.
