Georgia High School Soccer - Lakeside nudges Effingham County

In Tuesday's league outing, the visiting Lakeside Panthers soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Effingham County Rebels.
The Panthers (2-1) will now prepare for their outing against Evans (Evans, GA). The Knights go into the 6A Area 2 outing with a 5-0 record. In their last outing, Evans got by Greenbrier (Evans, GA), 2-1, in a league outing.
Next up, the Rebels play the Greenbrier Wolfpack (Evans, GA) in a 6A Area 2 outing, on Friday, March 7. Effingham County will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Wolfpack go into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Evans (Evans, GA).
