Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Loomis Chaffee School knocks off Cushing Academy

The Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans (Windsor, CT) ice hockey trounced the visiting Cushing Academy Penguins (Ashburnham, MA), 7-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Pelicans now own a 23-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Buckingham Browne & Nichols for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 8. Loomis Chaffee School will encounter a Knights team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Dexter Southfield (Brookline, MA). The Knights record now stands at 18-8.

With the defeat, Cushing Academy moves to 25-8 on the season.
