North Carolina High School Softball - Burns bounces Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy

In Wednesday's league match, the host Burns Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 17-0 win over the Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their match against Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC). The Rams come into the Southern Piedmont 1A/2A match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Highland Tech was routed by East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC), 17-4, in a league match.
In their next game, the Gryphons confront the Bessemer City Yellow Jackets (Bessemer City, NC) in a Southern Piedmont 1A/2A match, on Tuesday, March 18. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 0-2 season record.
