Georgetown Bulldogs (Georgetown, LA) supporters left the game pleased Saturday as they saw their softball team run past the visiting Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA), 10-0 in a non-league match.

The Bulldogs (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Oak Hill (Hineston, LA). The Rams come into the non-league match with a 1-3 record. In their last match, Oak Hill was routed by LaSalle (Olla, LA), 4-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Mustangs battle the Avoyelles Charter Vikings (Mansura, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, March 7. Rapides will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Vikings come into the match with a 4-6 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA).
