North Carolina High School Baseball - Gray's Creek tipped by Purnell Swett

The Purnell Swett Rams the visiting Gray's Creek Bears baseball team by a tally of 5-3 in Tuesday's league bout.

The Rams now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Cape Fear for a United Eight 3A/4A bout on Friday, March 11. Purnell Swett will face a Colts team coming off a 12-1 league loss to Lumberton (Lumberton, NC). The Colts record now stands at 0-3.

Next, the Bears face the Pine Forest Trojans (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 9. Gray's Creek will attempt to advance on its 2-2 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 3-1 record after their 7-2 league win over Westover (Fayetteville, NC).
