The Chapin Huskies softball team scored 21 runs and limited the host Jefferson Silver Foxes to 0 in the Huskies league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Chapin improves its record to 9-6 on the year. The Huskies travel to Austin (El Paso, TX) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A Region I District 1 game on Friday, March 11. The Panthers come into the game with a record of 0-14. Austin lost 20-19 in their recent league game against Bowie (El Paso, TX)

In their next game, the Silver Foxes clash with the Burges Mustangs (El Paso, TX) in a 5A Region I District 1 game, on Friday, March 11. Jefferson will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Mustangs come into the game with a 9-6 record after their 18-0 league win over Irvin (El Paso, TX).
