J.H. Rose Rampants (Greenville, NC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Havelock Rams (Havelock, NC), 9-8 in a league test.

The Rampants now have a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Athens Drive for a non-league test on Friday, March 10. J.H. Rose will face a Jaguars squad coming off a 16-6 non-league loss to Green Level (Cary, NC). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Rams face the John Paul II Catholic Saints (Greenville, NC) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 16. Havelock will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Saints come into the test with a 0-4 record after their 12-1 non-league loss to Coastal North Carolina HomeSchool (New Bern, NC).
