The Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Clovis West Golden Eagles (Fresno, CA), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Aztecs now possess a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Pacifica for a bout on Tuesday, March 11. Esperanza will clash with a Mariners team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA). The Mariners record now stands at 4-8.

With the loss, Clovis West drops to 5-9 on the campaign. The Golden eagles host Fresno Christian (Fresno, CA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 13. The Eagles come into the bout with a record of 2-15. Fresno Christian lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Edison (Fresno, CA)
