Louisiana High School Softball - West Ouachita sneaks past St. Frederick

The West Ouachita Chiefs softball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting St. Frederick Warriors to 11 in the Chiefs non-league win on Saturday.

The Chiefs now possess a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Calvary Baptist Academy for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. West Ouachita will confront a Cavaliers team coming off a 6-2 non-league win over David Thibodaux (Lafayette, LA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 14-0.

With the loss, St. Frederick moves to 7-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Ouachita Christian (Monroe, LA) to confront the Eagles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 11. The Eagles come into the battle with a record of 0-4. Ouachita Christian lost 13-1 in their recent non-league battle against Ouachita Parish (Monroe, LA)
