California High School Baseball - La Serna gets by Santa Fe

Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA) and the host Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA), saw La Serna's baseball squad knock off Santa Fe by a count of 7-5.

Coming up next, the Lancers play the El Rancho Dons (Pico Rivera, CA) in a Del Rio battle, on Wednesday, March 15. La Serna will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Dons enter the battle with a 8-0 record after their 4-2 league win over Whittier (Whittier, CA).

The Chiefs now possess a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host California for a Del Rio battle on Wednesday, March 15.
