California High School Baseball - La Serna sneaks past Santa Fe

Spectators at Thursday's league battle between the La Serna Lancers (Whittier, CA) and the host Santa Fe Chiefs (Santa Fe Springs, CA), saw La Serna's baseball squad edge Santa Fe by a margin of 1-0.

Coming up next, the Lancers play the El Rancho Dons (Pico Rivera, CA) in a Del Rio battle, on Wednesday, April 19. La Serna will attempt to better on its 20-2 season record.

The Chiefs now sport a 4-16 record. They take the field next when they travel to California for a Del Rio battle on Wednesday, April 19. Santa Fe will play a Condors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Montebello (Montebello, CA). The Condors record now stands at 9-13.
