In their next game, the Westerners play the Monterey Plainsmen (Lubbock, TX) in a 5A Region I District 4 contest, on Tuesday, April 5. Lubbock will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Plainsmen come into the contest with a 16-1 record after their 6-2 league win over Cooper (Lubbock, TX).
