The Cabell Midland Knights baseball team scored 4 runs and held the host Huntington Highlanders to 2 in the Knights league win on Tuesday.

The Knights now hold a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host St. Albans for a Mountain State test on Thursday, April 3. Cabell Midland will play a Red Dragons team coming off a 10-1 league win over Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Red Dragons record now stands at 6-2.

With the defeat, Huntington drops to 2-6 on the year. The Highlanders host Midland Trail (Hico, WV) to play the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 0-3. Midland Trail lost 14-1 in their recent non-league battle against Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV)
