The West Stanly Colts baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Parkwood Wolf Pack to 3 in the Colts league win on Tuesday.

The Colts now own a 10-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Rowan for a non-league test on Wednesday, April 2. West Stanly will play a Mustangs team coming off a 8-7 league loss to Northwest Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 13-3.

With the defeat, Parkwood drops to 4-10 on the year. The Wolf pack host West Stanly (Oakboro, NC) to play the Colts in a Rocky River 2A/3A test on Friday, April 4. The Colts go into the test with a record of 10-5. West Stanly lost 4-2 in their recent non-league test against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC)
