The Santa Rosa Lions (Santa Rosa, NM) baseball trounced the host Raton Tigers (Raton, NM), 25-8 in Tuesday's league challenge.

The Lions now own a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Capitan for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 3. Santa Rosa will clash with a Tigers team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Elida (Elida, NM). The Tigers record now stands at 0-5.
