Watauga Pioneers (Boone, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting South Caldwell Spartans (Hudson, NC), 7-1 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Watauga advances its record to 3-2 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC) to clash with the Cougars in a non-league test on Friday, April 4. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 5-2. Alexander Central won 6-0 in their recent non-league test against South Caldwell (Hudson, NC)

The Spartans now have a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alexander Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, April 8.
