In Tuesday's league test, the Sparrows Point Pointers (Baltimore, MD) softball squad the host Catonsville Comets (Baltimore, MD), by a tally of 16-14.
Next, the Pointers clash with the Eastern Tech Mavericks (Baltimore, MD) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 2. Sparrows Point will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Mavericks go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 13-6 non-league win over Carver A&T (Towson, MD).
The Comets (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Perry Hall (Baltimore, MD). The Gators go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Perry Hall by Dulaney (Timonium, MD), 16-5, in a league test.
