Arizona High School Softball - Phoenix Christian bounces Anthem Prep

April 10, 2024: Anthem, AZ 85087

Spectators at Wednesday's non-league match between the Phoenix Christian Cougars (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Anthem Prep Eagles (Anthem, AZ), witnessed Phoenix Christian's softball squad prevail over Anthem Prep by a count of 15-1.

The Cougars now sport a 11-4 record. They play next when they host Glendale Prep Academy for a 2A Central match on Thursday, April 11. Phoenix Christian will face a Griffins squad coming off a 10-7 non-league win over St. John Paul II Catholic (Avondale, AZ). The Griffins record now stands at 6-5.

With the loss, Anthem Prep moves to 10-8 on the season. The Eagles travel to Arizona Lutheran Academy (Phoenix, AZ) to face the Coyotes in a non-league match on Wednesday, April 17. The Coyotes go into the match with a record of 3-8.
