The Northwood Panthers the visiting Bland County Bears baseball squad by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Panthers battle the Chilhowie Warriors (Chilhowie, VA) in a Hogoheegee outing, on Monday, April 14. Northwood will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Warriors come into the outing with a 5-0 record after their 6-2 non-league win over Grayson County (Independence, VA).
The Bears (1-6) will now prepare for their outing against Narrows (Narrows, VA). The Green Waves come into the non-league outing with a 6-1 record. In their last outing, Narrows tipped Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA), 17-1, in a league outing.
