The Indians come into the match with a record of 6-7. Rural Retreat lost 17-0 in their recent non-league match against Honaker (Honaker, VA)

The Bears now have a 2-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Giles for a Mountain Empire match on Tuesday, May 6. Bland County will battle a Spartans squad coming off a 9-7 non-league loss to Narrows (Narrows, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-10.
