In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Vance Charter Knights lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-4 triumph over the Northern Durham Knights.
The Knights (1-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league challenge with a 8-1 record.
Next, the Knights clash with the Panther Creek Catamounts (Cary, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 14. Northern Durham will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Catamounts go into the challenge with a 1-11 record after their 14-0 non-league loss to East Chapel Hill (Chapel Hill, NC).
