Virginia High School Softball - Indian River knocked off by Oscar Smith

The Oscar Smith Tigers overwhelmed the visiting Indian River Braves softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Tigers meet the Maury Commodores (Norfolk, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, April 23. Oscar Smith will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.

The Braves (2-5) will now prepare for their match against Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA). The Grizzlies come into the Southeastern match with a 6-1 record.
