The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Gate City Blue Devils (Gate City, VA) and the visiting Lee Generals (Jonesville, VA), saw Gate City's soccer squad triumph over Lee by a margin of 7-0.
The Blue Devils now sport a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Union for a Mountain 7 test on Friday, April 14. Gate City will meet a Bears squad coming off a 9-0 league win over Ridgeview (Clintwood, VA). The Bears record now stands at 4-2.
With the loss, Lee drops to 0-7 on the season. The Generals travel to Union (Appalachia, VA) to meet the Bears in a Mountain 7 test on Tuesday, April 18. The Bears come into the test with a record of 4-2.
