In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) softball team overwhelmed the host Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM), by a margin of 19-11.
With the triumph, Miyamura moves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Patriots host Aztec (Aztec, NM) to play the Tigers in a contest on Thursday, April 13. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 0-5.
