In Thursday's non-league contest, the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM), by a margin of 15-5.
With the triumph, Miyamura moves its record to 14-3 on the year. The Patriots travel to Gallup (Gallup, NM) to play the Bengals in a non-league contest on Friday, April 21. The Bengals come into the contest with a record of 3-5.
In their next game, the Broncos play the Shiprock Chieftains (Shiprock, NM) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, April 22. Kirtland Central will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Chieftains come into the contest with a 0-3 record after their 13-0 non-league loss to Aztec (Aztec, NM).
