The Blanco Panthers softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Comfort Bobcats/Deer to 1 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Blanco moves its record to 18-9 on the year. The Panthers travel to Florence (Florence, TX) to clash with the Buffaloes in a 3A Region I District 5 game on Monday, April 15. The Buffaloes come into the game with a record of 7-8. Florence lost 12-0 in their recent league game against Llano (Llano, TX)

In their next game, the Bobcats/Deer clash with the Ingram Moore Warriors (Ingram, TX) in a 3A Region I District 5 game, on Tuesday, April 16. Comfort will attempt to move on its 4-16 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 16-11 record after their 7-1 league win over Brady (Brady, TX).
