In Friday's league bout, the James Clemens Jets (Madison, AL) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL), by a tally of 8-2.

Next up, the Jets encounter the Austin Black Bears (Decatur, AL) in a 7A Area 8 bout, on Saturday, April 12. James Clemens will attempt to upgrade on its 24-9 season record. The Black Bears enter the bout with a 8-21 record after their 7-6 non-league win over Brewer (Somerville, AL).
