The Cubs now own a 17-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cypress Woods for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 12. Brenham will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 5-4 league loss to Cypress Ranch (Houston, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 15-5.

With the defeat, Montgomery drops to 15-9 on the year. The Bears host Huntsville (Huntsville, TX) to clash with the Hornets in a 5A Region III District 17 challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 12-13.
