The Grants Pirates (Grants, NM) baseball trounced the visiting Belen Eagles (Belen, NM), 11-1 in Tuesday's league contest.
Coming up next, the Pirates play the Highland Hornets (Albuquerque, NM) in a 4A District 5 contest, on Friday, April 15. Grants will attempt to better on its 14-7 season record. The Hornets enter the contest with a 0-17 record after their 29-1 non-league loss to Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM).
