San Elizario Eagles (San Elizario, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Mountain View Lobos (El Paso, TX), 15-0 in a league challenge.

The Eagles now own a 15-10 record. They take the field next when they host Riverside for a 4A Region I District 1 challenge on Thursday, April 14. San Elizario will battle a Rangers squad coming off a 20-2 league win over Young Women's STEAM Research & Preparatory Academy (El Paso, TX). The Rangers record now stands at 6-13.

With the loss, Mountain View falls to 5-11 on the campaign. The Lobos travel to Clint (Clint, TX) to battle the Lions in a 4A Region I District 1 challenge on Thursday, April 14. The Lions enter the challenge with a record of 10-4. Clint won 25-14 in their recent league challenge against Fabens (Fabens, TX)
