Illinois High School Lacrosse - Naperville Central drops to Metea Valley

April 12, 2023: Naperville, IL 60540

Metea Valley Mustangs (Aurora, IL) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Naperville Central Redhawks (Naperville, IL), 16-4 in a league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they host Huntley for a non-league battle on Friday, April 14. Metea Valley will clash with a Red Raiders squad coming off a 15-9 non-league loss to St. Charles East/North (St. Charles, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-4.

In their next game, the Redhawks clash with the Plainfield Co-op Cheetahs (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 14. Naperville Central will attempt to advance on its 1-5 season record. The Cheetahs come into the battle with a 0-3 record after their 10-9 league loss to Minooka (Minooka, IL).
