In Wednesday's league contest, the Buckeye Valley Barons (Delaware, OH) lacrosse squad edged the visiting Johnstown-Monroe Johnnies (Johnstown, OH), by a count of 7-6.
Coming up next, the Barons confront the John Glenn Little Muskies (New Concord, OH) in a Region 7 contest, on Thursday, April 13. Buckeye Valley will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Little Muskies come into the contest with a 6-2 record after their 15-9 non-league loss to Granville (Granville, OH).
The Johnnies now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Xenia for a Region 7 contest on Saturday, April 15. Johnstown-Monroe will confront a Buccaneers squad coming off a 7-5 non-league win over Clinton-Massie (Clarksville, OH). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-3.
