New Mexico High School Softball - Shiprock falls to Aztec

In Wednesday's league outing, the visiting Aztec Tigers softball team scored a nice 21-3 win over the Shiprock Chieftains.
Coming up next, the Tigers battle the Miyamura Patriots (Gallup, NM) in a 4A District 1 outing, on Thursday, April 13. Aztec will attempt to upgrade on its 8-9 season record. The Patriots enter the outing with a 11-6 record after their 8-0 league win over Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM).
The Chieftains (4-9) will now prepare for their outing against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats enter the 4A District 1 outing with a 8-11 record. In their last outing, Bloomfield was routed by Gallup (Gallup, NM), 3-0, in a league outing.
