The Aztec Tigers (Aztec, NM) baseball got by the host Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM), 11-10 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gallup for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. Aztec will clash with a Bengals team coming off a 12-4 non-league win over Shiprock (Shiprock, NM). The Bengals record now stands at 2-7.
With the defeat, Kirtland Central drops to 4-9 on the year. The Broncos travel to Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 15. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 10-3. Bloomfield won 9-4 in their recent league challenge against Miyamura (Gallup, NM)
