The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Aztec Tigers (Aztec, NM) and the visiting Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM), saw Aztec's baseball team gain a win over Kirtland Central by a tally of 13-8.
The Tigers (9-6) will now prepare for their battle against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM). The Bobcats enter the non-league battle with a 14-3 record. In their last battle, Bloomfield held off Miyamura (Gallup, NM), 10-3, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Broncos face the Shiprock Chieftains (Shiprock, NM) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, April 29. Kirtland Central will attempt to upgrade on its 4-12 season record. The Chieftains enter the battle with a 6-12 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Gallup (Gallup, NM).
