The Walker Wolverines (Marietta, GA) soccer nudged the visiting Mount Vernon Mustangs (Atlanta, GA), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
With the win, Walker moves its record to 13-2 on the campaign. The Wolverines travel to Calvary Day (Savannah, GA) to battle the Cavaliers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, April 19. The Cavaliers come into the match with a record of 6-7. Calvary Day won 2-1 in their recent non-league match against Tattnall Square Academy (Macon, GA)
With the loss, Mount Vernon drops to 9-8 on the season.
