The Clinton Gaels softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Lunenburg Blue Knights to 3 in the Gaels non-league triumph on Thursday.
With the triumph, Clinton improves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Gaels travel to Littleton (Littleton, MA) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Wednesday, April 26. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 1-2.
In their next game, the Blue Knights clash with the Oakmont Regional Spartans (Ashburnham, MA) in a Midland-Wachusett C game, on Wednesday, April 19. Lunenburg will attempt to improve on its 2-1 season record.
